Along with fantastic sights of the peak “Head of Condor”, this altitude trekking skirts the west side of the Royal mountain range and ends at the base camp of the beautiful Condoriri massif. Until the third day of the itinerary, days are shorter but it is better if you go on acclimatizing.
Day 01: LA PAZ – LAGUNA KHOTIA From the city of La Paz by private transportation (3 hrs.) we will go up to the Jichukhota valley, getting into the region of Chachacomani – Negruni we will camp near to the lake at 4.400mts. Above sea level.
Day 02: LAGUNA KHOTIA – LAGUNA AJWANI An easy 5 hours walk. We will camp near to the lagoon. During the walk we will go through an abandoned gold mine.
Day 03: LAGUNA AJWANI - LAGUNA JURIKHOTA We will walk for 7 hours very close from the snowy Checapa. We will ascend until 2 steps from the 4.800mts. above sea level. We will camp near the lagoon Jurikhota, at 4.700mts. above sea level. Night camping.
Day 04: LAGUNA JURIKHOTA – LAGUNA CHIARKHOTA We will ascend to a passage at 5.150mts. above sea level, the highest step during our walk. We will descend to the base camp in Condoriri. We will camp near the lagoon Chiarkhota at 4.700mts. above sea level. Night camping.
Day 05: CONDORIRI – LA PAZ Descend to the Tuni Lagoon and meet with the transport, return to La Paz city and arrival to your hotel and end of our services.

Our guides are qualified to solve any problem during the trekking. The guides speak Spanish and English
LLama, donkey or mule will carry the equipment, food, tents, during the trekking.
Trekkers should carry their personal equipment.
We have camping equipment like North Face or Mountain Hardware tents, dinning tents, toilet tent; those are included during the excursion.
The trekking techniques are walking in a slow step without to lose the speed.
Our experienced cook three meals a day during the expedition. We have two kind of food vegetarian and no vegetarian. Dried fruit or energetic bars are recommended.
